CJ is good and really works hard and very patience in dealing with all the delays in submitting all the requirements needed for the processing incase client cannot submit them on time.

We were in the verge of renting a house and the market was crazy. Finding a rental property where I wanted at that time was near impossible. I found him on Facebook along with other real estate. No one got back to me or said they will contact me. But, CJ came through last minute and kept me in the loop with everything. He explained everything thoroughly. If I had any question any time, I’d get a reply quickly. Most real estate agent are hard to get a reply from or answer back but he is not like that. Even after getting my rental property he would still answer any questions I have in mind. He is an amazing agent and you will not regret it.

I'd like to start off with when I had my first encounter with CJ.
My husband found one of his ads on marketplace. We met him at the property and and instantly knew it was a perfect home for my family and I. Of course, right when CJ submitted our application, the home was already leased out. We were pretty upset but he reassured us he'd find us something even better, and boy was that ever an understatement. He found us a beautiful, brand new home that we thought was well out of our budget but it wasn't! We ended up leasing the home for about 2.5 years. Unfortunately with covid, our LL's had to sell. Right when we notified CJ and asked him for help once again, he didn't hesitate. It took a bit of time but he did it once again. CJ is an extremely reliable, truthful, realistic, friendly, helpful, positive person. Definitely a lot different then all the realtors I've met over the years. I would 100% recommend his services. He has gone above & beyond for mt family. I couldn't be more grateful.
